In the magical mountaintop kingdom of Tatrajan, everyone has shining white hair and striking blue-green eyes. But one day, an eagle passing over drops a small girl with golden hair and brown eyes. A well-meaning couple adopt the strange child and name her Tatsinda. Despite being teased and ostracized for her looks, Tatsinda grows up to be kind and loving and one of the greatest weavers in the land. When she falls in love with the gentle Prince Tackatan, Tatsinda goes to a neighboring wise woman seeking help. But things take a dark turn when the evil giant Johrgong appears and captures Tatsinda, leaving Tackatan and others to rescue the unusual and beautiful woman.
